Brian Niles is one of the few native Floridians. He attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA where he graduated with a degree in Finance, Marketing, and Decisions Information Analysis. While at Emory he found his passion for business and helping people. In his senior year he realized if he wanted to combine his 2 passions it would be beneficial to learn from the best when it came to running a business and so post-graduation he signed on with General Electric, a company renowned for their strong management programs.
His first job was in Parkersburg, West Virginia where he helped manage the finances of a small plastics manufacturing site. This was a great experience because it allowed him to truly understand the interplay of a P&L and Balance Sheet. He then moved north to Pittsfield, MA where he split his time between the US and Europe. This was one of his favorite roles because he was part of a team that integrated 3 multi-billion global businesses from 3 different cultures. His next job was a traditional Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role for the businesses largest product Resin, which was about $6 billion of revenue. Following his FP&A role his business went through a restructuring in which he was tasked to assist in the standardization of all metrics across the global business in areas of Working Capital, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Base Costs, among many others. During his final job in the corporate world he moved to Evansville, Indiana to lead the finances for the global supply chain.
Brian is extremely excited about Seventh Element because it allows him to utilize the tools and skills he learned at GE and live out his passion of helping peoply be assisting them in reaching their defintion of success.

Patrick was born in Bordeaux, France and grew up first in Boston, MA and then Madison, WI. He attended Northeastern University where he graduated with a degree in Finance, a minor in Art History, and was a Presidential Scholar. In school he realized business was a form of art; the many business tools being an equivalent to a painters brush and pallet, and the business itself being the masterpiece. In efforts to master the "Art of Business" he chose to follow the corporate business path so as to develop expertise in using formal business tools and running a business.
Patrick joined GE's Financial Managment Program (FMP) where he held a number of jobs in locations including Albany NY, Parkersburg, WV, Pittsfield, MA, and Stamford CT. His roles included manufacturing finance, commercial finances supporting a $100+ million sales team, analyzing delinquency rates for GE’s Consumer Lending business, and assisting in building a Treasury team for an $11B business. The Treasury role was his most interesting experience on FMP in which he managed a $9B debt book as well as help choose and implement an IT system to manage the business’s multibillion dollar intercompany loan portfolio.
After FMP Patrick joined GE’s Corporate Audit Staff where he split his time between M&A, core audit work, and supporting corporate level change initiatives throughout the US and Europe. His rolls included supporting the implementation of GE’s Corporate Derivative Management System, member of the M&A team for the $2B sale of GE Security to United Technologies, performing core audits of GE’s Healthcare business, and testing and analyzing property & mortgage valuation models for GE’s Real Estate Business.
Seventh Element brings Patrick’s quest to master the “Art of Business” full circle. It enables him to take the experience and knowledge of how to drive a business he gained at GE and empower the wildly innovative and passionate entrepreneurs of the world to achieve greatness.
