Community

After both having lived, traveled, and moved all over the world for work through the first chapter of both of our careers, settling down & developing a sense of community was  a priority that was important to both of us. Being involved in our community and lending a hand to people in need was also a value we wanted to develop as part of Seventh Element’s identity.

When we arrived in Boca Raton we decided we wanted to find a non-profit organization that was doing something extraordinary to make the world a better place but was also not necessarily in the main stream and needed some help. We very quickly found the wonderful and incredible Twin Palms Center for the Disabled.

Twin Palms provides a day program for adult individuals diagnosed with developmental delays. One of the challenges the adult developmentally delayed community faces is a simple lack of resources. There are many wonderful programs available for the under 18 population, however that population still needs special services as they become adults.

And that is where Twin Palms comes in! They provide their clients with life skills training, a safe daytime environment, and a wonderful & engaging social atmosphere. It is our honor and great pleasure to dedicate our time and focus to this wonderful organization.
