‘Sherlock and Watson’ is the critical first step in the 7L assessment. This process will take approximately 3-4 days, but depends on the overall size of your business. We first dive in by meeting with every person in your organization from your most junior member to your CEO. These meetings will last 20-90 minutes depending on the scope of the individual’s job. By the end of this process, 7L will have a firm understanding of your business and current processes enabling us to start brainstorming
